Form does not clear when i come back second time from the main form

You did not state that you were closing the "add record
form" only that you were returning to the "main form".
Try closing the "add record form" and then reopen it.
That should present it clear it as it was the first time.

I created two forms , one form is a "main form" which has my main menu.
There is an add new record button on this form which

goes to another "Add Record Form".

When i come to this "add recod form" first time. All

the text boxes are empty and I can type in my entries
without problem. then i save this record. and i return
back to the main form.

Now if i again go back to "add record form" i see all my

previous typed entries in all the textboxes.

But my form should clear. The problem is that when the

form loads the second time it skips form load section.

i don't know what should i do to resolve this problem? i

am using sql server 2000 as backend and ms access
frontend.
