Form does not load with linking customer number

I have a form that dispaly all ourcustomers, with a button next to each
one that if i click it loads up all the customer details in a new form.

This has stopped working and it just loads up a blank form with a new
customer number

I have had this happen a few timesm

What cuases this problem

An error in the code, or an error in the query.

Since you haven't posted either of them for us to see, I don't know
what more to say.
