Form doesn't send to email address

I've used FP 2003 to create a form at www.dobco.net (Sales - Price Request Form), but after you fill in the form and press send/submit, nothing happens at all. Also, nothing happens if you press the reset button. I've tried putting an email address in each different form box, and I've putting an email hyperlink in the send/submit box. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated!!

Thanks!

There is no link to the Price Request Form
on the Sales page.

Are you having form sent to your web or your email? Be sure you set it up to
go to one of them. I like getting it in my e mail ( send to in the form
propeties)

I want it to go to my email, but I don't know what properties to change on what fields to make that happen.

Your want to change form properties NOT fields.

Right click on your Front Page form and then click
Properties.
