form email address not showing

I created a form in FrontPage 2003 and published it on our server that has
the Frontpage 2000 ext. and all of the data showed in the results.htm file
except for the email address. I sporatically took the address - made the
text box larger and no difference - the exact same address(less # char. than
the text box by a lot) shows up one time and not the next.

Not sure why this is happening - any ideas. All of the other fields - drop
down, other text boxes and text areas are FINE.????

Is the Email Field one of the fields selected to be saved? What's the URL
so we can take a look?
