Form error when user open it from email attachment.

Please help me with this problem. When I go into sharepoint to fill out a
form and hit the submit button, it is then send as an attachment to the
appropriate person who is suppose to get that form. The form is sent as an
email attachment. When the user tries to open the form they get this error:

Form template: http://66.187.56.103/InfoPath Forms/Forms/template.xsn
Your user name or group membership cannot be verified because the form's
security settings do not permit it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure the person on the receiving end has access (and permission)
to get into the sharepoint file. We don't have Sharepoint where I work
but use shared folders. We had to make sure that everyone who would
ever need to access the information we were gathering with the IP forms
were listed on the group folder.
