Form Error

I started by using the "Events" general template provided
by Microsoft and made necessary changes. Things were
working fine until I decided to "tweak" a few more things
and now the "Registration" form that appears under
the "Attendees" form does not show up on new entries. On
entries made before I "tweaked" things,
the "Registration" form will not allow me to use "drop-
down" choices from fields that I once could use. I am
extremely frustrated. I am also not a high-tech user and
need explanation in simple language. Can anyone help?

Teri,

You probably need to post the code you used, and point out what you
tweaked. Usually, a form comes up blank when there's nothing that meets
the criteria to show it.
