I would like to know how I would code a text box so that
the data entered is always in capital letters. Any help
would be greatly appreciated

Strconv(Me!NameOfTextbox,vbUpperCase)

Don't bother. Let the user enter the data as they will.
Code the Control's AfterUpdate event:
[ControlName]= UCase([ControlName])

All text will be in upper case.
