Form Fields - How to change the look of a tick box

Hi there,

Hope i got this in the correct area.

I am creating a form with tick boxes and free text. The rest of the document
will be locked from editing.

I need a tick box, but i can't stand the look of the one with the 'X' in it.
Is there anyone so i can decide what style tick box i want? One from the
sysmbols sections....
Created the whole form now, have all the free text area's set up with form
fields and are good to go, but i would love to know if there is anyone of
changing the check box so thats its a real tick, not just a 'X'.

Any help would be great.

No, Word doesn't provide a way to change the check box form field.
