Form Fields - Tick or Cross Box Option

Hi there,
Just wondering if someone could tell me how I can add a Tick or Cross Box to
a Form either by adding a check box or by drop-down option.
I appreciate any help.

If you are creating a protected form, there is a cross box available on the
Forms toolbar (Word 97-2003) or via Developer tab | Legacy Tools (under
"Legacy Forms").
