Form Fields within IF Field not saving data

I have a protected Word Form with form fields and many layers of IF and other Fields. Many of the IF Fields TrueText and FalseText have form fields inside them. The problem arises when a user of the form saves the document to their computer using save as, the data entered inside the form fields that were located within the IF Field TrueText or FalseText is not saved.

Looking for a way to fix this.
