Form Fields

Is there a way to enter a form field in a word document that will duplicate
throughout the form once a name is entered. Example: I (Sue
Ross)..........and company and (Sue Ross) ......

So, if I had entered the first Sue Ross, the 2nd Sue Ross would have
defaulted and entered into the document.

Hi,
If i am not wrong you want to link the field which will automatically
update. If it so please copy the field and place where you want the field to
be update automatically, go to edit> paste special> Unforamtted text > ok
..The matter wriiten in the main field will automatically retrieved on the
copied field. Genrally its a link between the two fields.
Please let me know the result
