Form Fields

I have a word template (.dot) file on our web server. The
template is interactive. A user is not able to enter text
into the form fields. No one else has the problem. The
user can not enter text either on the site or on her
system - if she downloads the template to her hard drive.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

What version of Word are you referring to and what patches for Word
are installed on user's computer?

Does the template contain any macros? If so, then have you checked the
user's Macro Security settings?
