form fill on msn search tool bar in outlook

How do I get the form fill button on the MSN search tool bar while running
Microsoft Outlook? It shows up just fine in Internet Explorer.

Why would you need this in Outlook? It's for webforms only.

I do most of my internet activities from outlook by using the msn search
feature. when a logon screen comes up the form fill function is not
available.
