Hello,
I have created a database to help with the Alias process in my company. In
order to Alias all transactions received from the same customer but with
different name in convention I have created a query that will produce all
possible matches based on a parameter(number of characters) selected by the
user. I put together a form that will bring up the received customer name on
the main form and all the matching master customer accounts listed on a
subform. I am bringing up the data from a make table query to which I have
added a column with a check box next to it so the user will pick the correct
Master customer name. My problem is that the received customer name is
showing up on the form as many times as the number of possible master account
names. I would like to know if there is a way I can create a filter in order
to show the received customer name only once on the form. I will really
appreciate your help.
Thank you
