Form for a recce visit

hi

A bit specialised, but does anyone have a form designed to reflect a visit
to a site by means of a recce for a live gig, access, power, hazards, contact
info etc?

I run a BBC bus and visit sites with a view to bringing the bus in (it's a
radio station on wheels) and I need to do a visit report, highlighting any
risks, and advising whether the satellite can be used, if there's a telephone
line available as back up, do they have power available, where are the
toilets, etc etc.

I appreciate that the possibility of finding an exact match would be worse
odds than the chance of me winning the lottery this weekend, but if you don't
buy a ticket...

Your guidance would be appreciated.

Good Morning,

So are you looking for a recce form that would be filled out by a site
engineer who would be on-scene before the bus would get there? Would you
looking at a universal form for one that could be done weeks in advance as a
part of planning? Do you need a spot for an illustration of where the
outlets, doors and windows are? I'm just trying to get down to some
specifics.

Sort of, insomuch as I am both the "bus" and the "site engineer" in this case.

The idea is that if would be completed in advance anything from a month to a
few days in advance, and contain directions for others on the day etc.

An area for drawing anything unusual (like an agreed spot for the bus to go
for example would be a great idea).

Any advice (having owned Infopath for nearly three days now) would be much
appreciated.

Cheers

Liam
