Form freezes system when I try to open

I have several forms in my data base. The latest one I
added I recently have a problem with. When I try to open
it (in any view) my entire computer locks. It does not
even have a chance to display an error. I end up having
to cold boot my computer. The strangest thing is another
computer on the network is running the same program (off
the computer that freezes) that computer can access the
form with no problem. HELP!
