Form Header - bug and constraints

Bug:
The InfoPath 2007 form header ignores the page top margin setting. Print
preview shows it about 1/4 inch below the top of the page. The footer looks
ok.

Constraints:
1. Header can have only one line. This is ridiculous.
2. Only one font and one font size can be used.

Does anyone know if Microsoft is addressing these?
