I have a dozen forms with similar headers that include the company name, tag
line, and a form title. Is it possible to create a template so that all the
forms have the same appearance (e.g. font style, font size, and text
placement)?

Go to Tools|Options|Forms/Reports tab. There should be a box where you can
type in the name of a current form to use as a template. This option only
works for forms you create yourself, not forms created using a wizard.
