Form help needed - how to append text to the result form.

Hi,

I am using FP2003 forms for my college astronomy tests. I have some
questions that are multiple choice with "option buttons" and some questions
that are discussion in nature using "test area forms".

The results are sent via e-mail to me in HTML and that is fine! Once graded,
I have it set up to reply to the student's entered e-mail address.

The questions in the discussion section are contained within the "test area
forms"....however, I don't know how to easily have the multiple choice
questions sent along on the result form.


NEED: I would like the questions for the multiple choice with "option
buttons" to come along also. I could put them in their own "test area forms"
but I don't want students entering information there. Is there another way
to get the multiple choice to come along with the results?

there's probably a way to do it but how do you mean "come along with the
form results"? you should get an "on" result and field name for a selected
radio button in your email.
