Form in VBA

Hi,

I have created a ppt toolkit with a tabbed pane in one of the forms.

The problems is while it works fine in my system, it does not in
another system i try to install with same OS and office package.

lots of the objects get in the form gets disappeared, and while i am
able to see tabs the names become Page1, Page2 etc.

Any solutions
