Form in Word

I've been trying forever to create a form that allows spell check AND insert
a page of the same form. I do not know macros and if takes this I would need
an easy explanation of how to do it. Can anyone please help?

Not sure what you mean by "AND insert a page of the same form," though.

The main form would be used over and over again in page 2, page 3, etc.
within the same incident and we would have to be able to "hit" insert page
and the same form would show up to continue our narrative.

Ah. I don't know how to do that. You may want to post in one of the Word
groups, where you can get Word-specific help.
