Form Letters in Outlook 2007

In previous versions of Outlook, creating a form email was easy: you created
the email then "published." The form email was then saved in your personal
forms folder. I'm struggling to create a form email in Outlook 2007 and the
help instructions are not very helpful. Does anyone have any tips for
creating simple form emails?
Thanks a lot!

Published custom forms should not be used for external messages. Use an ..oft file instead. After you create the message, click the Office button at upper left, choose Save As, and save the item as an .oft template file in a location (like the Windows Desktop) where you can easily find it again. You can then run it by double-clicking it.
