Form load failed after Office XP SP3.

Hello all,

After updating my office xp installation with SP3 I am no longer able to
access any of my forms in outlook. When clicking on tools -> forms -> Choose
form I recieve the following error:

"Form load failed. You do not have appropriate permissions for this
operation."

Is there a way to resolve this issue without uninstalling the update as it
was working fine prior to the update?

Any help is appreciated.
