Form not being transmitted to recipient

I have created a new custom message form in outlook 2002
successfully, but. When I transmit it to two different
users only one of them actually can see the form. Both
users are running off of the same exchange server, one user
(who gets the form) is running internally on a network the
other user who only gets a blank message is running
remotely through pop3. Both users are using outlook 2000
in a Win 2000 environment. Server is SBS2000

I am obviously missing somenthing here. I need some help.

Running through non-MS systems, as you are possibly doing with an
external ISP, is always risky. The most important thing to do is to
make sure that the item is sent using the TNEF wrapper. This is
controlled by opening the contact record for the recipient, selecting
the email address, right-clicking it, choosing properties, and on the
bottom of the properties panel, check the box labeled always send to
this recipient in rtf.

In addition, you want to send the form with the message, but that is
usually the default for email.

Check with the administrator to see whether the "Use Exchange rich-text format" option on the POP3 virtual server is enabled.

Thank you, this has fixed the transmission issue. Just one ither issue.

If I send the form to a new user, they publish it and then hit the reply
or reply all button I get a message that says "microsoft outlook does
not recognises the "user name"

If I select change and list other names I can select the correct address
and all is ok it sends the mail, but the email address in the To: bar
seems to be the same.

Again some insight would be helpful.
