We have an InfoPath 2007 beta form that we are installing from an MSI. It
retreives information and stores information via a web service. The form
installs correctly and works great for myself, and laptop users, however, two
desktop machines receive the following error: "InfoPath cannot create a new
blank form. InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact
your system administrator." In the details it says "Form template:
file:///C:\Program%20Files\ASAP\InvestmentRecommendation\InvestmentRecommendation.xsn
The form template is trying to access files and settings on your computer.
InfoPath cannot grant access to these files and settings because the form
template is not fully trusted. For a form to run with full trust, it must be
installed or digitally signed with a certificate."
The form seems to install fine through the MSI, but it seems to be saying
that it still needs to be installed for security reasons. Does anyone know
what else I could check to see why I am getting this message? The two
machines I get this error on are probably the two most important machines to
get this working on, and in the future I will need to know what to do when I
run into this issue.
Thank you
