form not working

I have a program designed to update a set of tables. The program is
using a form to run a series of make and append tables. I am getting
an error: "The Expression On Load you entered as the event property
setting procduced the following error: Invalid procedure call or
argument. " When I went to view the VBA behind the form it was
gone. I imported it back into this from an older back up, but it is
not recognizing it. Any ideas on how to fix? Any ideas on how it
got lost?
