I have made a form on my website, and when the form is submitted, the
following page lists all the form text, but the descriptive part of the text,
ie not what the customer has completed, is in German?

Do you know why?

if I understand the question correctly you are asking why this is not all in
English?

Those items that are not English are the items that are generated
dynamically by FrontPage extensions when the FPSE builds this response page.
You have no control over the FPSE unless you are the owner of your own web
server and you installed the FPSE.

Neither you nor Publisher is at fault here.

Assuming you are using a web host provider you need to forward this to their
support dept. or tell them to test the form. You need them to correct the
FPSE installation and/or their server.
