Is there a way to prompt for a password when trying to
access a particular form? any help is greatly
appreciated. thanks, mate.

Do a search. This is asked and answered many many many times. Please look
for the answer yourself, before posting your questions.

The short answer you will find is "Don't, use the built-in Access user-level
security to secure your objects. Don't make people type passwords everytime
they want to access a particular object".
