Form Performance after upgrading to Office 2003

Some users are experiencing slow performance on the form
that I am supporting. So, I have republished using
outlook 2003 after changing couple lines of codes hoping
that it will clear up this issue with upgrade. This form
is in a public folder server and I can't seem to identify
what could cause such a slow performance. Whenever
certain user saves or changes the entry, it takes up to 45
sec to save. Can you suggest any tips to figure out what
is going on? Thanks.
