Form Performance

Networked Database with (3) users. We are experiencing slow form
performance. Is says Calculating at the bottom of the form and it takes a
while for it to totally calculate the form and show the correct totals.

What if anything can I do if anything to improve performance?

Access 2002 service pack 3, DB in 2000 format
mapped & linked database.

Tried That, it gave me errors when I moved the back end and re-linked them!

Then fix the errors that occurred!

Don't just say, "Gee, that didn't work, I give up."

What are the errors? This is very standard stuff so if you'd like more help
feel free to post the error messages and we can try to help you sort them
