Form picture not recognized

Hi!
I have done a splash screen in an Excel 2002 form and i
incorporate a picture in it using the standard property
window (picture property).This picture, a .jpg is suppose
to be incorporated in the form (I do not want this
picture to follow the file everytime I send it to
someone). The problem is under NT 4 ONLY!!!! the workbook
crash when opening showing the error 481 (invalid
picture). It is working perfectly under win98, win 2000,
win XP... with Office 97 to 2002

help on this one would be greatly appreciate.
