Form printing

Hi
I've created a form, having few check boxes and few text boxes. When I send
this to someone they are not able to print the form as it is. I need to print
the form, then only the check boxes will show in the print out. The purpose
of this to send a check list. All the possible requirements are given in the
form with the check boxes, i just have to select the appropriate check boxes
and send. Moreover i am using this form in an access program, under a command
button the form will open.. Or is there any other method we can have instead
of a form please help.

the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word
template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
