Form problem.

I am having a problem with one of the forms I have up on our site.
I have a tech support request form that allows people to submit a problem
from our site.
I have the form set up to send me an email as well as go to a CSV file. I
also have a file upload field so that the can attach a screen shot of an
error. The form has been working fine until today when I checked it. When I
submit the form without an attachment it works fine. If I try to add an
attachment is gives me the error:
Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then
submit the information again:
• Cannot open file "SIGNUP SHEET FOR LUNCH AND LEARN..doc" for writing.
I checked the folder that the attachments are going to and it looks like the
properties are all correct.

Any ideas on what would be causing this?

I think I got it fixed.
I just had our host re-install the FPSE.
