Form Problems

I have created forms in FP 2003, and set the options to
email me the results, but when I upload them and run the
form, it giveme the following error
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log
for more details.

They were working and then all of a sudden stopped. I am
running my own email server on another server separate
from the IIS server. BTW the IIS server is Server 2003.
Please help! TIA

One reason this will happen is if you edit the csv
file...open a new text file and save it as a new blank
your.csv
