Hello
when I click on submit button on web site that I design with Front page ,
display the blank form resule.html instead send the information fields please
guide me

The Form will only work if your site has the FrontPage Server Extensions
installed and you Publish the web to the server using File, Publish Site
(NOT using FTP). Contact your web host and make sure the FrontPage
Extensions are installed and set up to send email. The error message on
your page indicates that they aren't or that you didn't publish the site
using HTTP.

The error says:

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
