Form protection

Hi, not sure if this is the correct site for help, but
stumped! I have a word doc that half way through has
a 'form' setup. When doc is protected, user opens and
clicks TOC but is taken to section of doc where form
begins. How can user click on TOC and/or hyperlinks
in 'protected' document without being kicked into form
section???? Help please. Thanks

Place Continuous Section Breaks before and after the form section and only
protect the form section of the document.
