Form Question

Running Frontpage 2003 - I put an "upload" button in the
form and added to the list of fields to include.
I'm getting an error on the site after it's been posted "A
FrontPage File Upload comopnent is incorrectly configured.
Please set the MIME encoding type for the form to be
multipart/form-data."
Where do I find this setting or how do I fix this?

Please help...the ISP says it should work...

You need to follow the steps on the live server running the FP 2002 SE from
