Hi, I would like to create an Outlook Form that I can email to
co-workers and they can just select the appropriate response with a
combo box or with misc. info. in a memo box. I have never used forms in
Outlook and just becoming familiar with them in Access. If someone
could point me in the right direction and maybe even show me some
examples, that would be great.
