Form required error with Outlook 2002 calendering

Hi all,

I need some advice on a strange problem. I have a
customer that get the following error when trying to
create a calender item to his Exchange 5.5 mailbox
calendar: "The form required to view this message cannot
be displayed. Contact your administrator." No other
problems exist with his Outlook 2002 client. Any
suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this
problem would be greatly appreciated.

Try clearing the forms cache.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.
