Form response from multiple pages

Can form responses be 'collated' together from a number of web pages and sent
as a single e-mail? I'm putting together a on-line questionaire that uses a
number of different pages for different area's of questions. I'm trying to
send all responses in a single e-mail when the 'send' button is used on the
last page.

Not to my knowledge. Look to your web host for "survey" software or some
such. You might be able to incorporate that.

I recently created a survey for an organization to which I belong using the
www.surveymonkey.com website. It was pretty easy and relatively inexpensive.
I would say it 's certainly worth the time you would otherwise spend in
creating your own questionnaire.
