Form result won't email, why?

I am using FP 2003. I have a form that I want the results to be e-mailed. It
worked fine for a few days. Now when I use the submit button on my web site,
Front Page Error comes up. After I set all of the form properties, I get a
notice that the form can not be configured for e-mail, and do I want to
remove the e-mail address. Where have I screwed up?
Thanks

Steve,
After checking my email, all of the saved items appear but none of the
information from a visitor appears. As soon as the submit form button is
clicked a Front Page Error appears and says to check with webmaster. Also my
confirmation page does
appear. Do you think the confirmation page is the problem?

What is the error message?
