Hi,
I have a very simple contact form created in FP 2002 - with a field to enter
an email address.
The form results are set to send as Formatted Text with HTML.
However, the recipient says when he receives the form results the email
address is not in blue or hyperlinked. Eg he cannot click on it and
automatically bring up his email program to reply.
I thought it was the settings on his computer because I sent the same form
results to three other people as a test and all [as well as myself] received
the email address in blue and clickable.
However, I just sent the results to the clients tech's computer and he also
says it arrives as just plain text.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and if so what I can do about
it?
I have tried changing the form results setting to just HTML etc but no change.
What is it that is allowing some to receive the email address OK and others
not?
Thanks in advance for any help.
