Form results

Is it possible to add a form to a page, lik ethe one at the link below, and
have it pull the email address that displays via some other ASP cosing that
is already on the page?

I asked a question similar to this earlier, but it involved linking first to
a shared form. I was wondering if this approach, of having the form on the
same page as the user profile, would make it easier to shoot some form
results to that profile owner by just implemtning the %email% code.

the issue is making sure the form results go to the email of the person/ID
that the page loaded for from a previous asp...
