form scaling problem

I Delivered a new access 2003 app yesterday and ran into
something I have never seen before and wondered if someone
else has run into it and fixed it.

My customer and I are both running access 2003, both have
the screen resolution set at 1024x768 and yet when I view
forms on her machine that look fine on mine they are
enlarged and do not fit the screen.

Anyone know what could be causeing this?

Most likely she's got Windows XP and you haven't. Because of it's blobby
Tonka Toy appearance, you've got less real estate to play with on XP than
you have on, say, Windows 2000.

The proper way to fix it is to make your forms smaller. The quick-and-dirty
way is to tell her to use the Control Panel to change to Windows "Classic"
appearance.

One computer may have the Display Properties DPI setting set to large.

Right-click on the desktop, click properties, Settings, Advanced and
compare DPI settings on the two computers. Either make these the same,
or you can use form rescaling software like one of the add-ons below
to resolve the issue:

You get the prize, it was the DPI setting, someone had
bumped it up to 120 instead of 96.

Also I downloaded your button program and have not had
time to fool around with it, but any way to get away from
those dull buttons in access will be very welcome indeed.
