Form scrolling

In Access 2003 forms, when entering data, how can you stop the form from
scrolling to a new blank record? I've tried saying no to Add Additions, but
if I create a new record, the form will be blank. I can't find anything
under properties to prevent the scrolling. We're finding that people will
accidentally add more than one record because of this. Thanks for help.

You might try changing the Cycle property (on the Other tab of the
Properties window) to Current Record.

Thanks, but I had tried that and it didn't help. I should mention these are
subforms. We enter the data, but if we use the scroll with the mouse, it
scrolls to a new line. I don't want it to. We only want to enter data on the
first line.

Stephen Lebans solution is the most commonly used. Be sure to copy and move
the MouseHook.dll to the same folder as your db. You'll have to make all
files visible to find it for copying, as it's normally a hidden file. Also be
sure after downloading the demo to import the module from his db into yours.

Thank you so much for this. It worked! It's been a problem with this
database for a few years, so it made me look real good!
