Form search problem

I need to create a search form with code. I need to
search for specific items in five tables. Here is what
the relationship looks like:

Main - Connect - ConnectPin

- Power - PowerPin

I need a search form code that will let the user
checkmark what they need to search for. For example,
user selects three fields from table "Main". The user
also selects two fields from "Power" and one
from "PowerPin." They click a command button that will
bring up all the records with the selected criteria. I'm
not sure if i'm making sense, but any help would greatly
be appreciated!! Thanks in advance (i hope)!
