Form Styles

I have Access XP and can't seem to figure out how to use an image from
another file as my form style. I have tried several methods, but now the
original form style that came with access is no longer available dispite me
going as far as un-installing access and re-installing it. The style name is
there, but it is a duplicate of another style under a different name, can
somebody help.
