Form - subform question

Hello,

I have a main form that contains textboxes (relating to
fields of a table). I also have a subform that contains
the table. I would like the textboxes on the main form
(when they finish filling them out) be able to add a
record (or delete) from the original table (which the
subform is displaying) Hope that makes sense, Im new to
acceess and wouldnt know how to add records from a custom
form, thanks.
