I just uploaded a new website to a new server. the site was created with a
few different submission forms which all are not working. when we uploaded
the site to a test location, they work fine.
What happens is that the submisison forms, which are supposed to go to a
"confirmation page" dont work. a get a page error that says:
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings...."
when i look at the address bar, i get
http://www.hrknowledge.net/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/resources=whitepapers.html. the
problem with this is that I have the confirmation page set to another page
within the site that is definately there. ive checked inside of the options
fields and even tried changing the locatation of the confirmation page. none
of the forms are working here and they work fine on the test platform.
