Form Submission on Website

When I test the form submission form that I created in Publisher 2007 after I
publish it, it gives me an error after I hit the submit button. Any
suggestion on how to fix this problem?

It is written for Pub 2007, but if you are using IE7 instead of IE6, then
the directions for using Vista also would apply to Pub 2003. FTP and HTTP
uploading has changed with the introduction of IE7 and Vista.
